Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Payments are processed securely via Paymob. We do not store your card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by Bosta.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location within Egypt. Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. LAVA Egypt is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition. • Original packaging and tags must be intact. • Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping fees for returns/exchanges may apply unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.
